Riley Heating & Cooling now offers furnaces and air conditioners with “variable speed” motors which run quieter and make your home more comfortable while achieving outstanding energy savings.
Older furnace and air conditioner motors have only two speeds: on and off. So any time the motor is running it is using the maximum amount of energy.
These motors vary their speed between zero and maximum depending on the demands of your heating and cooling system and use less energy.
